ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 106 - DIRECTING THE NATIONAL HISTORICAL INSTITUTE TO ORGANIZE THE OBSERVANCE OF CENTENNIAL ANNIVERSARY OF THE DEATH OF GEN. LEANDRO L. FULLON ON OCTOBER 16, 2004

I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby direct the Executive Director of the National Historical Institute to organize the observance of the centennial anniversary of the death of Gen. Leandro L. Fullon, one of the leading revolutionary leaders during the Philippine-American War, 1898-1916.

The Department of Budget and Management is hereby authorized to release the amount of One Million Pesos (P1,000,000.00) chargeable against the appropriations of the National Historical Institute under FY 2004 R.A. No. 9206 as reenacted, to carry out the provisions of this Administrative Order.

This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
