ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 121 -
AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58 ENTITLED "RECONSTITUTING THE
CABINET CRISIS COMMITTEE"
I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the
Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby
amend Administrative Order No. 58 dated February 16, 1988 entitled
"Reconstituting The Cabinet Crisis Committee", by naming Hon. Rafael C.
Ileto, National Security Adviser, as Chairman of the said Committee in
substitution of Dr. Emanuel V. Soriano.
The Memorandum of the Executive Secretary dated January 28, 1987, as
amended by Memorandum Order No. 135 dated November 20, 1987 is hereby
revoked.
All orders, issuances and rules and regulations or parts thereof
inconsistent with this Administrative Order are hereby modified and/or
revoked accordingly.
This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila,
this 30th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and
eighty-nine.
