ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 256

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 256 - FURTHER AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 246 DATED 25 OCTOBER 1991, AS AMENDED, CREATING A COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE AND DETERMINE ALL THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES REGARDING THE ALLEGED ILLEGAL ACT OR INVOLVEMENT OF CERTAIN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION WITH WESTINGHOUSE

I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order: 

Section 1. The second paragraph of Administrative Order No. 246 dated 25 October 1991 is hereby amended to read, as follows:

"The Committee shall be composed of:

Hon. Eduardo G. Montenegro — Chairman
Undersecretary of Justice
Hon. Jaime L. Guerrero — Member
Deputy Chairman
Presidential Committee on the
Philippine Nuclear Power
Plant (PC-PNPP)
Hon. Salvador M. Enriquez, Jr. — Member
Undersecretary of Budget and
Management"

Sec. 2. This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.  

DONE in the City of Manila, this 20th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-one.
