ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 274

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 274 - AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 245, SERIES OF 1991, CONSTITUTING THE INTER-AGENCY TASK FORCE TO MONITOR AND COORDINATE THE ARREST AND INVESTIGATION OF KIDNAPPERS AND THE PROSECUTION OF KIDNAPPING CASES IN METRO MANILA AND THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order: 

Section 1. Sec. 1 of Administrative Order No. 245, series of 1991, is hereby amended to read, as follows:

"Section 1. There is hereby constituted an Inter-agency Task Force to monitor and coordinate the arrest, investigation and prosecution of kidnapping cases committed in Metro Manila and throughout the country, composed of the following:

The Secretary of the Interior — Chairman
and Local Government
The Secretary of Justice — Co-Chairman
The Director-General — Member
Philippine National Police
The Chief State Prosecutor — Member
National Prosecution Service
The Director — Member
National Bureau of Investigation."

Sec. 2. This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.  

DONE in the City of Manila, this 31st day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-two.
