EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 551 - DIRECTING THAT THE POWERS OF ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION AND CONTROL OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OVER THE BOARD OF ENERGY SHALL BE EXERCISED THROUGH THE MINISTRY OF ENERGY

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby order that the powers of administrative supervision and control of the Office of the President over the Board of Energy under Sec. 9 of Presidential Decree No. 1206 shall be exercised by the President through the Minister of Energy.
