EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 9 -
TRANSFERRING THE NATIONAL STUD FARM FROM THE PHILIPPINE RACING
COMMISSION, OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
The National Stud Farm is hereby
transferred from the Philippine Racing Commission, Office of the
President to the Department of Agriculture.
Memorandum Order No. 13, S. of 1986, and all other orders or parts
thereof which are inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby
repealed or modified accordingly.
DONE in the City of Manila,
Philippines, this 7th day of August in the year of Our Lord, nineteen
hundred and ninety-two.
