THRU : The Chief of Constabulary
Conduct an investigation to ascertain responsibility for the loss of three hundred forty-four (344) hogsheads and the pilferage of the contents of two hundred (200) other hogsheads of PTVA tobacco stored in the warehouses of Farmers' Virginia Tobacco Redriers at Bauang, La Union.
Initiate the preparation of appropriate criminal charges against the party or parties responsible for this loss of government property.
Inform this Office of your findings and the action taken thereon.
