SUBJECT : Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan
In the implementation of the Southern Negros Geothermal Project for the development of a 112.5 MW steamfield to be co-financed by Yen Loan from the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan, Antonio V. del Rosario, Deputy Minister of Energy, and/or Pablo V. Malixi, Vice President and General Manager of PNOC Energy Development Corporation, are hereby designated as Implementing Officers for this specific project.
Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-One.
