SUBJECT : Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan
In the implementation of the Leyte Industrial Estate Port Development Project to be co-financed by the 9th Yen Loan from the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan, Antonio L. Carpio, General Manager of National Development Company and/or Miguel M. Zosa, President/General Manager of Philippine Phosphate Fertilizer Corporation is hereby designated as implementing officer of this specific project.
Done in the City of Manila, this 13th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-two.
