LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 121

With the end in view of making the Design Center Philippines an effective instrumentality to achieve the goals set forth under Presidential Decree No. 279 dated August 24, 1973, creating the same, by means of availing for the Center the skills, services, talents and ideas of highly qualified and competent people, you are hereby directed to exempt from the rules and regulations of the Wage and position and salaries of such personnel shall be determined by the Board of the Center.
Immediate and strict compliance with this Letter of Instructions is enjoined.
Done in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-three.
