LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1228 |
The Minister of Education and Culture
The Commissioners of Civil Service
Recognizing the valuable contribution to the national development efforts of the government of deserving workers who supported by their years of experience, have shown outstanding performances in their respective areas of endeavors, you are hereby directed to devise a system whereby these workers may be identified and their skills, experience and knowledge evaluated for conferment of the appropriate civil service eligibilities and such other objectives and acceptable modes of accreditation of skills and work experience.
You are to submit a report on the implementation of this directive within thirty (30) days.
Done in the City of Manila, Philippines, this 1st day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-two.
