DIRECTING CONTINUED NEGOTIATIONS FOR A $110 MILLION LOAN FROM THE SAUDI
ARABIA DEVELOPMENT FUND |
The Minister of Planning
In order to expand training opportunities for the Muslim population, you are hereby directed to pursue negotiations toward securing a $110 M. loan from the Saudi Arabia Development Fund. This loan is specifically being sought to set up training centers in Zamboanga, Dipolog, Marawi, Cotabato and Sulu for Muslim workers.
You are to submit a report on the implementation of this directive within thirty (30) days.
Done in the City of Manila, Philippines, this 1st day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-two.
