Boy Scouts of the Philippines
It has been brought to my attention that there are repeated violations of the NSP Constitution and By-Laws, thereby resulting in the deteriorating condition of the Organization.
In view thereof, and to assure the continuity and stability of the Scouting Movement of the Philippines, I hereby:
1.
Declare all positions in the National Executive Board of the Boy Scouts
of the Philippines vacant.
2. Direct the
Charter-Life members of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines to constitute
themselves into a Temporary Executive Committee to call for and
supervise its officers, and reorganize the staff of the BSP National
Headquarters.
Strict compliance with this Letter of Instructions is desired.
Done in the City of Manila, this 29th day of June in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-three.
