In accordance with the specific recommendations stated in the memorandum of the Chairman of the Board of Investments dated 15 March 1984, the proposed 1984 Investment Priorities Plan is hereby approved.

Done in the City of Manila, this 4th day of April in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-four.
