Employment; The Chief Executive Officers of PNB, DBP, GSIS, and LBP
You are hereby directed to expand the number of slots available under the Study Now Pay Later Plan Program from 4,000 to 5,000 per annum. The proposed merger of the National Educational Loan Assistance Center and the National Scholarship Center, both under the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, shall be held in abeyance until further notice.
Further, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is instructed to conduct a thorough study and submit recommendations to strengthen the Study-Now-Pay-Later Plan and the national policy of democratizing educational opportunities.
