| Subject Matter
: Amending Sec. 3 of LIM No. 96 so as to allow
local government units to pay additional allowances to judges and members of the judiciary not exceeding one thousand five hundred pesos (P1,500.00) and three thousand pesos (P3,000.00) to Metro Manila judiciary members.
