LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 162
TO

The General Manager
Government Service Insurance System
In the interest of orderly government administration, you are hereby directed to rescind the several contracts by and among the Government Service Insurance System, Mar-Bay and Co., Inc., B. C. Regalado, and the GSIS Employees Association covering the development and sale of housing units at the GSIS-owned portion of Fairview Park, Quezon City, and to negotiate a new contract without the participation of the GSIS Employees Association. The housing units shall be sold to GSIS members in general in accordance with policies, rules and regulations to be determined by the GSIS Board of Trustees.
Done in the City of Manila, this 5th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-four.
