And All Other Offices Concerned
Funds allocated in the 1975-76 infrastructure Program, which I have approved, shall be automatically released in accordance with rules and regulations followed in previous years, without previous clearance from me.
Done in the City of Manila, this 13th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-five.
