LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 536 |
| On the occasion of Labor Day, 1 May
1977, it is my pleasure to direct you to donate to the Trade Unions
Congress of the Philippines (TUCP) the LBP lot along Sta. Potenciana
Street in Intramuros consisting of 1,000 square meters, where the TUCP
will establish its national headquarters. The TUCP has been giving its
fullest cooperation to the Government in the pursuit of the goals of
the New Society, especially the promotion of unity with peace and
