In view of the need of a PTA field office in Pagsanjan, Laguna to closely control and supervise all activities and facilities in the Pagsanjan Gorge Tourist Zone In Laguna, the Secretary of Public Highways is authorized to negotiate for the acquisition of the right-of-way and to widen and concrete the existing private road leading to the proposed PTA field office in Pagsanjan, Laguna.
The Chairman of the Philippine Tourism Authority is hereby authorized to negotiate directly with pre-qualified contractors for the construction of its field office in Pagsanjan, Laguna, as an exception to Budget Circular No. 163 dated October 30, 1975, implementing Presidential Memorandum dated October 28, 1975, (retrenchment on construction of government buildings) and to Sec. 37 of P.D. 564 which limits the PTA to directly contract for services up to P50,000.
The General Manager of the National Power Corporation is authorized to extend its lines to the PTA field office in Pagsanjan to assure the said office a steady supply of electric power for its tourist amenities.
