In view of the fact that due to the great number of individual farms and the insufficient number of surveyors, a great majority of sugarcane planters and millers will not be able to comply with Letter of Instruction No. 465, dated 28 September 1976 requiring them to submit not later than September 1977 parcellary plans of individual farms and plantations for synchronization of farm and mill operations and as a requisite to the approval of sugar crop loans, and the fact that the withholding of crop loans as a result of non-compliance would have serious adverse effects on planters, millers, labor and national economy, the deadline for the submission of said required parcellary plans is hereby extended to September 30, 1978.
This instruction shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 29th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-seven.
