LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 620 |
Government, including Government-owned or controlled Corporations .
All Concerned
Effective immediately, all contracts of national government offices, agencies and instrumentalities, including government-owned or controlled corporations, involving two million pesos (P2,000,000.00) and above, awarded through public bidding or by negotiation, shall be subject to the approval of the President of the Philippines.
Any such contracts entered into without the approval required herein shall be null and void and of no force and effect.
All orders, rules and regulations inconsistent with this instructions are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Done in the City of Manila, this 25th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-seven.
