The Chairman, Textile Export Board
To avoid disruption of garment exports, implementation of LOI No. 676 dated March 2, 1978, is hereby deferred pending formulation of the implementing guidelines by the Department of Trade in consultation with the private industry sector and approval thereof by the NEDA Board.
Done in the City of Manila, this 10th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-eight.
