The Board of Investments, and
All others Concerned
In accordance with specific recommendations of the Investment Coordination Committee made in its meeting of April 18, 1978, as embodied in NEDA Resolution No. 9, series of 1978, and subject to the conditions therein provided, the project listings in the following Priorities Plans are hereby approved:
1.
The Eleventh (11th) Investment Priorities Plan;
2. The Ninth (9th) Export Priorities Plan; and
3. The Fourth (4th) Public Utilities Priorities Plan.
Furthermore, in accordance with specific recommendations of the Investment Coordination Committee made in its meeting of February 28, 1978, and subject to the conditions therein provided, the project listing in the First (1st) Agricultural Investments Priorities Plan is hereby approved.
Done in the City of Manila, this 11th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-eight.
