The Minister of Trade
The EPZA Board of Commissioners
Pursuant to Sec. 6 of PD 66 designating the Undersecretary of Trade and Industry as ex-officio member of the EPZA Board, in relation to PD 488 which created the Ministry of Industry and LOI 34 dated 11, December 1975 which attached EPZA to the Ministry of Industry, I hereby instruct that effective immediately, the Deputy Minister of Industry shall be an ex-officio member of the EPZA Board of Commissioner. The Deputy Minister of Industry shall act as Chairman of EPZA in the absence of a permanent Chairman duly appointed by the President under PD 66.
Done in the City of Manila, this 26th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-nine.
