The Speakers of the Sangguniang Pampook
Regions IX and XII
Pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 40(b) of Presidential Decree No. 1618, entitled "IMPLEMENTING THE ORGANIZATION OF THE SANGGUNIANG PAMPOOK AND THE LUPONG TAGAPAGPAGANAP NG POOK IN REGION IX AND REGION XII AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1639 dated September 20, 1979, you are hereby ordered to effect immediately the transfer of the appropriations, properties, and assets and liabilities, and such personnel as may be necessary, of the Office of the Regional Commissioner to the Sangguniang Pampook in the manner provided for in said Decree, as amended, and in accordance with existing laws, rules and regulations.
Immediate compliance with this Order is hereby enjoined.
Done in the City of Manila, Philippines, this 20th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-nine.
