The Minister of the Budget
All Bureaus and Offices Concerned
To accelerate the attainment of the objectives of the National Grains Authority, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of the Budget, and all bureaus and offices concerned, are hereby directed to observe and implement the tax exemptions granted to the National Grains Authority in all its cereal importations including wheat and other equipment necessary for its operations, as provided for under Sec. 6(D) I, II, III, Presidential Decree No. 4, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1485, and to exclude the National Grains Authority from the requirements of Sec. 23 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 of the rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto.
Done in the City of Manila, this 25th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty.
