LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 982 |
SUBJECT : Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan; Exceptions
In the implementation of the Tongonan Geothermal Power Project to be co-financed by Yen loan from the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan, Gabriel Y. Itchon, Deputy Minister of Energy and President of National Power Corporation, and Jose U. Jovellanos, Senior Vice-President, National Power Corporation, are hereby designated as the Implementing Officer and Deputy Implementing Officer, respectively, for this specific project.
This instruction is an exception to Letter of Instruction No. 398.
Done in the City of Manila, this 1st day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty.
