MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 119 -
AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 116 DESIGNATING THE REPRESENTATIVES OF
THE EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT TO THE PREPARATORY AND CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE
ON THE URUGUAY ROUND OF MULTI-LATERAL TRADE NEGOTIATIONS
Memorandum Circular No. 116 dated May 29,
1990 is hereby amended to include therein the Secretary of Foreign
Affairs as one of the representatives of the Executive Department to
the Preparatory and Consultative Committee on the Uruguay Round of
Multilateral Trade Negotiations.
This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
Manila, July 16, 1990.
