MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 128

TO : All Heads of Departments/Offices/Agencies of the Executive Department

RE : Detail of Action Officers to the Regional Presidential Action Center

In order to immediately implement the mandate of the Presidential Action Center (PACE) under Executive Order No. 442, Series of 1991 in the different regions of the country, all government agencies/instrumentalities including government-owned and controlled corporations are hereby directed to extend assistance and support to PACE regional offices, including the detail of appropriate personnel, use of transport and communication facilities, office equipment and other forms logistical support through their regional or area offices. 

This Order takes effect immediately.
