MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 15
In view of the continuous rains and strong
winds caused by supertyphoon "Iliang", work in all government offices,
including government owned and controlled corporations, are hereby
suspended effective 3:00 o'clock p.m. today. Government agencies
performing vital functions shall, however, maintain a skeletal
workforce to continue their operations.
This Circular takes effect
immediately.
