MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 26 - DIRECTING ALL HEADS OF CONCERNED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO REPORT ON THEIR IMPLEMENTATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 26 DATED 7 OCTOBER 1992 "PRESCRIBING PROCEDURES AND SANCTIONS TO ENSURE SPEEDY DISPOSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE CASES"

In line with the government's effort at improving the administration of justice, you are hereby directed to submit a report regarding your agency's implementation of Executive Order No. 26 dated 7 October 1992 "PRESCRIBING PROCEDURES AND SANCTIONS TO ENSURE SPEEDY DISPOSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE CASES".  

Please include in your report the difficulties or problems you may have encountered in carrying-out the terms of the said Presidential issuance and your proposals and/or recommendations to remedy the same to aid this Office in its evaluation of the effectiveness of the procedures and sanctions prescribed by the Order.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
