MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 29 - AMENDING MC NO. 28 DATED OCTOBER 29, 2002

Memorandum Circular No. 28 dated October 29, 2002, authorizing lawyers under the Executive Department in Region VI (Iloilo, Guimaras, Aklan, Capiz, Antique, and Negros Occidental Provinces) to attend the GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE SEMINAR, sponsored by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Iloilo Chapter and the University of the Philippines Law Center to be held at the Amigo Terrace Hotel, Iloilo City, is hereby amended so as to change the date of the activity to November 26–27, 2002, instead of November 6–7, 2002, as previously authorized, on official time only, that is, at no cost to the government, except payment of their salaries.
