MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 82 - AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE 20th NATIONAL CONVENTION AND ANNUAL MEETING OF THE UNITED ARCHITECTS OF THE PHILIPPINES IN BAGUIO CITY ON APRIL 14-16, 1994

The United Architects of the Philippines will hold its 20th National Convention and Annual Meeting in Baguio City on April 14-16, 1994.

The participation of government officials and employees who are UAP members is hereby authorized on official time only, provided there will be no disruption of normal office activities/services in their respective agencies by reason thereof.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a complete report on their attendance or participation in the convention. Likewise, the organizers are requested to submit to this Office a general report and evaluation of the convention, including a list of participants from the government including their respective offices, copy furnished the Civil Service Commission.
