MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 89 -
AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 79 DATED 09 FEBRUARY 1994 ENTITLED
"AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE PINATUBO MULTI-SECTORAL CONSULTATIVE
CONGRESS"
Memorandum Circular No. 79 dated 09
February 1994 entitled "Authorizing Attendance In The Pinatubo
Multi-Sectoral Consultative Congress," scheduled on 21-25 April 1994,
is hereby amended so as to change the date of the holding of the
Congress to 15-18 June 1994.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
