MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 9 - AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE 36TH ANNUAL NATIONAL COUNCIL MEETING OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines will hold its 36th Annual National Council Meeting on September 23-25, 1992 in Bacolod City. Delegates to this Meeting will ratify the Boy Scouts' National By-Laws and elect the members of the National Executive Board.  

Considering the significance of this affair in promoting the objectives of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, government officials and employees who are officers of the 8 Regional Headquarters and 93 Local Councils of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines are hereby authorized to attend the Meeting on official time only as an exception to Administrative Order No. 265, dated January 31, 1992.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a complete report on their attendance in the Meeting. Likewise, within fifteen days after the Meeting, the organizer shall submit to this Office a report and evaluation of the said Meetings including a list of participants from the government sector, indicating their respective offices, copy furnished the Civil Service Commission.
