MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 93 - GRANTING ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS TO THE INTER-AGENCY COORDINATING COMMITTEE FOR NATIONAL PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS IN METRO MANILA

Consistent with the provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 67, Series of 1988, the Inter-Agency Coordinating Committee for National Programs and Projects in Metro Manila is hereby authorized to review the National Capital Region budget proposals of the Committee's member agencies.

The Department of Budget and Management and Presidential Management Staff shall jointly provide technical assistance and over-all direction in the review and endorsement of the National Capital Region budget proposals of the Committee member agencies in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Development Budget Coordination Committee of the National Economic Development Authority Board.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
