An Act Converting Gil Fernando Avenue In Barangays Sto. Niño And San Roque, City of Marikina Into A National Road

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Gil Fernando Avenue in barangays Sto. Niño and San Roque, City of Marikina is hereby converted into a national road.cralaw

Sec. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.cralaw

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.cralaw

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 2, 2008 and February 2, 2010, respectively.
