G.R. No. 138549 (Spouses Frederick and Elvira Oconer vs. Conrado Cobarubias.)

Before acting on the withdrawal of appearance of Atty. Eduardo V. Villafuerte as counsel for petitioner, the Court RESOLVES to require Atty. Villafuerte to COMPLY with Section 26, Rule 138 of the Revised Rules of Court by submitting to this Court, within ten (10) days from notice hereof, the written conformity of petitioners to his withdrawal of appearance.
