Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 3, 1999.

G.R. No. 125280 (People of the Philippines vs. Wilson Suitos and Alvaro Suitos.)

Considering the letter of Atty. Ernesto S. Tai�o, Jr., counsel de oficio for accused-appellants, requesting that he be furnished with a copy of the entire records of this case, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the aforesaid request and to INFORM Atty. Tai�o, Jr. that he may come to the Judicial Records Office of this Court to obtain a photocopy of the said records.

The confirmation by the Bureau of Corrections of the confinement of accused-appellants in the New Bilibid Prison is NOTED.
