The second motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of September 7, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari on the ground that the issues raised were essentially factual and for lack of showing that the Court of Appeals committed reversible error in the questioned judgment and resolution as to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction is denied pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended.
