G.R. No. 135147 (Invictus Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of December 71998 denying with finality petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of October 7, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for failure to submit a verified statement of material dates, and considering that the same partakes of the nature of a second motion for reconsideration of the aforesaid resolution of October 7, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended.
