Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 22, 1999.

G.R. No. 135489 (Equipment Technical Services, et al. vs. Celendonio J. Gabriento.)

Acting on the omnibus motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of November 4, 1998 which denied their motion for extension of time to file a petition for certiorari and to pay docket fees for failure to pay the balance of the deposit for costs and to submit a written explanation for the non-personal service of a copy of the petition on respondent, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

Accordingly, petitioners' motion to withdraw the intended petition for certiorari on the ground that the same has been filed and now pending with the Court of Appeals is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
