Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of November 11, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for being insufficient in form in accordance with Section 1, Rule 65 in relation to Section 4, Rule 7 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure since the verification of the petition was defective, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
