Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 1, 1999.

G.R. No. 135916 (Tacloban Highway Supermart Employees Union-Associated Labor Unions-TUCP vs. The Hon. Undersecretary Rosalinda Dimapilis-Baldos, et al.)

Acting on the petition for certiorari dated October 30, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the same pursuant to Section 3, Rule 46 in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 and Section 1, Rule65 of the 1997 Rules of Civil procedure, petitioner having failed to timely pay the required legal fees and deposit for costs, and to Section 13, Rule 13, and Section 1, Rule 65 as well as Section 3, Rule 46 in relation to Section 2, Rule 56, of the same Rules as he likewise failed to submit an affidavit of service of copies of the petition on the respondents clearly indicating the place of such service by mail and a copy of the assailed decision duly certified by the proper official whose authority to do so is clearly indicated.
