Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 22, 1999.

G.R. No. 136957 (Associated Labor Unions [ALU] TUCP, for and in behalf of its 17 union members at Lily Enterprises vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the petition for certiorari, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the same for failure to submit clearly legible duplicate original or certified true copies of the assailed decision and resolution denying the motion for reconsideration duly certified by the proper official of the National Labor Relations Commission whose name and official designation are clearly indicated in accordance with Section 1, Rule 65 and Section 3, Rule 46 in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended.
