Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 22, 1999.

A.C. No. 1272 (Jose Pinat vs. Atty. Florencio C. Maisip.)

Upon motion of respondent Atty. Florencio C. Macaisip, the Court RESOLVES to LIFT the order of suspension imposed by the Court in the resolution of May 28, 1990, upon him as member of the Philippine Bar for violation of the lawyer's oath and for causing dishonor to the legal profession with his improper conduct.
