The copy of Resolution No. XIII-98-123 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines dated September 26, 1998 which adopted and approved the report and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner that respondent be suspended from the practice of law until he complies with the order of the Court and until he updates his dues which remain delinquent from 1994 up to the present is NOTED.
