Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 19, 1999.

G.R. No. 119311 (People of the Philippines vs. Romeo Dianos.)

Acting on the motion for reconsideration of the decision of October 7, 1998, posted by counsel for accused-appellant, dated November 13, 1998, the Court Resolved to DENY with FINALITY the aforesaid motion for reconsideration, as the basic issues raised therein have been passed upon by the Court in its questioned decision and no substantial arguments were presented to warrant its reversal. Let entry of final judgment be made in this case in due course.
