Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 19, 1999.

G.R. No. 128146 (Ismael B. Umpar vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter, dated 28 December 1998 of the Presiding Judges of the Regional Trial Court Branches 1 to 6 of Lanao del Norte and Iligan City.

Acting on the Supplemental motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 10 November 1998 filed by counsel for petitioner, dated 7 January 1999, the Court Resolved to DENY with FINALITY the aforesaid motion for reconsideration, there being no substantial arguments presented to warrant the reversal of the questioned resolution. Let entry of final judgment be made in this case in due course.
